Returns

Full priced Items: Can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 5 days of receiving the items, but the return transportation costs will require to be borne by you. 

Sales Items: Cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless the item received is faulty or your order was fulfilled incorrectly.

Faulty/Damaged Items: Please email our Customer Care team at returns@modanisi.com. In order to determine that the product is defective you should send us an email with photos of the product in order for it to be checked within 5 calendar days of order received. If you send us the product without following the above process the transportation costs will be borne by you, and moreover, the company reserves the right of refusal of a refund.

All returns: Items must be returned in their original condition as received by the customer including tags, package bag or box and labels to be eligible for either a refund or store credit. This means they don't have damage and the packaging is included which accompanied the item. As well as be accompanied by all the documents with which the item was delivered. 

Process:

You can initiate a return of the items you purchased within 5 calendar days of order being received by contacting returns@modanisi.com, if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Items must be posted in the mail within 10 calendar days of confirmed return initiated process from MODAnisi. Any items posted after this time frame may be denied.

We can refund or provide store credit for all full priced items that are returned in their original condition, if compliant with the above conditions. Otherwise, we reserve the right not to provide a full refund or store credit.

Once MODAnisi has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued, if they satisfy the conditions on the returned products such as those described above, the deposit of funds will be made within 10 calendar days from the time we received and inspected the returns.
